1. The aim of the meeting will be to discuss the following:
   1. a)     Are there any current members willing to take over the Green Keeper responsibilities?
   2. b)     To receive additional information from Mr I. Sanger following his original proposal to carry out all the work in
   3.                respect of the Green maintenance.
   4. c) Treasurer’s Green Proposal points raised at the last GMC. A full set of accounts is on the Noticeboard with the Minutes from the last GMC.  If you would like a personal copy, please let me know.
   5. d)     To discuss the above and to make resolutions thereon.

   Note – a resolution must gain a majority of at least two thirds of those members present.

   The GMC look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.
